Question:	Does this open Ball jars and can i still use these covers again? or does it damage the ring
Answer:	Each EZ Off Jar Opener comes with three screws which are optimized to go into a cabinet, but not poke through it. Thus the screws we install are short, but they do the job and again this is to make sure they don't come all the way through the cupboard or cabinet. Some folks who've answers as you can see, only use the adhesive. We've tested it that way and had good results, but we can't possibly test in every condition and for this reason, we include screws in every order. The adhesive will hold it firmly in place so that you don't have gravity working against you while trying to screw it into place.
Question:	Where is this made
Answer:	It sure can! I had major shoulder surgery and it worked beautifully with one hand. The shoulder is fine now, but I still use this jar opener often.
Question:	Is it only installed by adhesive? If so, does it detach after awhile? Can it be nailed on

Answer:	This product is very flexible. My husband has arthritis and carpel tunnels in both wrists and is able to use them successfully.

Answer:	The one I bought only have teeth on one side, it works well, but I think will be better with teeth on both sides

Answer:	No. This jar opener is not like the previous similar model sold by OXO. The old one had "teeth" on both jaws, but this new on has teeth on only one jaw, the other side is polished metal and has no grip quality at all. This opener did not open any jar lids that my old weak arthritic hands were unable to open.

Answer:	Simple trick I learned..... pour an once or two of bleach in your bathroom sink filled with warm water. Proceed to swirl pouf in solution for approximately 30 seconds. Rinse out pouf with clean running water until thoroughly clean of bleach solution They will remain bacteria free indefinitely.

Answer:	Actually, the mesh loofah is infused with bamboo charcoal in the manufacturing process (similar to how a charcoal toothbrush is made). Bamboo charcoal is known for its cleansing and purifying properties - and it adds to the color as well. Thank you for the question!
Question:	What is the largest diameter jar this can open
Answer:	The scrubber is essentially 2 nylon "poufs", one much denser than the other, and are tightly bound against the handle, back to back, in 3 places. I'm assuming they are somehow tied against each other with some sort of heavy nylon threading, but the two poufs are bound so tightly against each other that I can't see the binding material - it runs through the 3 holes in the handle.

Question:	Am I the only one who doesn't know how to use this jar opener? I only make ugly scratch marks on the side of the lid (from the metal teeth). Help
Answer:	You may have to let it sit on the counter top depending how bad . I've never found it to be emidiate. it should work .
Question:	Would this open nail polish jars with their small pointed tops? My daughter lets hers rest not her sides, and so it's been a problem lately
Answer:	It might; however, I think that it would require far more than one, soaking application. Two minutes alone would never do it, and instructions warm against extended submersion-time. Hence, I think it would require repeated applications, and that still might not be enough if it's stuck.

Answer:	I think you can use it on rusty tools. I would think you need to soak the tools in it. I guess it depends on how bad the rust is. I think it's worth trying.

Answer:	I don't know, but it's pretty standard.

Question:	Is the pattern on one side or both sides
Answer:	I consulted my chemist husband and he says, " IF the green rings are indeed copper, any acid should remove them. I presume that Lime-Out is an acid, or acts like an acid, and so it should work on copper as well as lime." That said, I/we have no actual experience with green/copper, but i would sure give it a try. If you have any Revere Cook-ware (copper bottom) whatever you use to brighten that copper will also take care of your green stains.

Answer:	Yes. I've been using it in my toilet bowls for up to a year and it's better than any toilet bowl cleaner I've ever used.
