Answer:	It is 24 X 50. The picture shows a toddler with the towel, so it looks bigger. It does fit up to a 5-6 year old, depending on their body build. It could work for an older child, it would just be a small towel for them.

Answer:	No- it isn't one of those thick plushy ones from the Disney Store. Although it is nice and soft, it is thinner than the DS ones (which are really nice towels). It is more like the quality of the mid-level ones at somewhere like Target. Not chintzy- but not the fanciest towel.
