Answer:	No. All our ironing boards, as advertised, are made 100% in the United Kingdom by Minky Homecare.
Question:	The iron rest has small rubber-like piece on the inner area, exactly where the iron plate will rest. Will they melt onto the iron plate
Answer:	I have set my hot iron on the iron rest several times without causing the rubber piece to melt however, I've only left it there while adjusting the item I am ironing, so less than 30 seconds. I would not leave the hot iron on the iron rest for extended periods.
Question:	Is it easy to open and close? My Mother has arthritic hands
Answer:	The board doesn't lock when you close it. So hanging it is an issue. Would have been an easy fix but they missed it.
Question:	is the top metal mesh
Answer:	Yes typical top with the stretched metal mesh. What is nice is the top, pad, iron rest and the feet. This is solid and stable. Well worth it if you iron. I don't use the steam platform but maybe someday???

Answer:	Dear customer,It depends on how much you use kitchen knife set and what you use kitchen knife set for.We recommend grinding once a week and keeping kitchen knife set dry.
Question:	Is this cover machine washable
Answer:	I've never heard of or seen anyone oil a steel. In fact, oiling it would probably cause the steeling filings to clog the serrations of the steel. A steel is really just for touching up a blade, not for sharpening. The fine edge of a good knife looks like a wire under magnification. The edge will roll somewhat after a good bit of use. The steel simply "unrolls" the edge and straightens it again so it it is perpendicular to the cutting surface. You should rinse your steel with dish soap and water after use, then dry it well.

Answer:	I work in the kitchen when I was 20 years old. I did not saw any one use oil. Over last 40 years I still use it on my knife never use oil.
