Answer:	I just gave my DB machine to my cousin. I like this product better because it has more going for it. I like the upper body component. DB Method does not have that. It is strictly lower body. Also, with this machine you can intensify your workout with the resistance bands. There are no resistance features on the DB Method. I hope this helps.

Question:	is it all ready put together
Answer:	Wish others would have explained this better! It is literally already assembled... only need to put about 5 screws in. The manual is confusing thinking you have 46 different parts / screws to assemble but all those instructions have already been done for you. After taking out all the parts it took me about 10 minutes to put together - if that.
Question:	I am only 5"1, too short for using the trainer, right
Answer:	I don't think you are too short, Ling. I'm 5'5". The "handle bars" are upright. You can take hold anywhere on those handles, high or low. Sometimes I take hold of handles a foot lower than usual just for a change . There is rubber covering at the top but you could put black electric tape around the area that you felt most comfortable in. You would really not need the tape. Might be less slippery. You could actually get someone with a small hacksaw and cut the upper part of the handles off quickly. There is some stuff at the hardware store that you can dip hammer handles into to form a hard rubber seal. You could put that on the handle tops if you cut them down. If you read a lot of the reviews you will notice many decided to take the "chest stablizer" off. They felt it was in their way and they felt much better without it. I think it was put there so people with poor balance had something to lean on. I find it a bit in the way too...but out of laziness I haven't removed it yet. But I plan to. I think that stabilizer piece will land right in your chest area. That would be my only concern. But I think you can take it off and feel perfect with this machine. The foot pads can swing your legs in a long stride or short so that won't make any difference. I'd go for it. Aside of the poor directions for putting it together & showing how to read the dial, it's a great machine. I use it every night for between 20 minutes & an hour & a half while watching my favorite TV shows. I starting doing just 5 minutes at a time. Now after 2 months I watched the whole Academy Awards Ceremony! If you put it in front of your TV, you will be sure to use it. Dr. Oz took his furniture out of his living room and replaced it with bicycles......so his kids could only watch TV when exercising.

Answer:	Only about 3 to 4 feet standing and another foot or so for the swing. It's very compact; more so than almost any other exercise device around. It's light weight also allows it to easily be moved to any open area.

Answer:	I can understand your frustration with the reviews. If you played on an NFL team this wouldn't be enough machine for you. I does all the things you ask about. But more for the overweight, non exerciser, type 2 diabetes type that wants results but in a moderate exercising way. Also good for elderly since you can hold on, swing legs and go as slow as you want......still getting more than staying seated all day. And the most appealing part to me (age 73), It's small enough to hide quickly if Queen Elizabeth pops in suddenly. You could hide it before answering the door....or behind the door. I have trouble doing daily exercise unless in front of TV. I care for my horse & lots of property to maintain but in the winter it amounts to just a few hours a day. Mild work. This machine makes sure I get in some aerobic walking that helps me stay strong and lose weight.

Answer:	Make sure the steel cable between the two is on the "track" and adjust the knob under the foot rests - it may need to be tighter, if too tight, you can hardly make it work. Took me a couple of tries to get it right - go to the "+" side first. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I had the same problem. Make sure that when you play with the cable to get it correctly on the wheel, one pedal is up while the other is down. Try moving the pedals with your hands, one pedal up as the other is down, until the cable is correctly attached
Question:	Can I use this if I am seated on a chair, or do I have to be standing
Answer:	I tried it - I guess it depends on height of the chair. Sitting in dining room I found it somewhat awkward but it is doable. If my chair was a little higher it might have been better

Answer:	We have tested it on carpet spots of several sizes, types, and ages. For any stain that's same-day, it'll clean it out really well, way better than any spot cleaning solution will. For spots that are a few days old, it will do pretty well, but you may have a slight tinge left over and/or you may have to go over the spot a few times. For older stains, you'll probably be left with some staining even after a few go-overs, but it will look much better than it did before. It can even make a very noticeable difference on stains that are several years old.The caveats - it's a small cleaner, so cleaning anything larger than a fist-sized spot is going to take a pretty long time (15-30 mins+ for each go-over, depending on how deep the stain is), and it can end up cleaning a spot so well that it becomes cleaner than the surrounding area, which would required a larger floor steam cleaner to even everything out.But yes, if your carpet is at risk for small stains, and you're good with breaking this out same day, then absolutely this will take most spots out of carpets.

The brushes are all the same material (aside from the optional brass brush) but the color difference is for keeping them apart which gives you the option to use one color in one area. So you could for instance use only the red brush in your bathroom and the green brush in your kitchen.
