Answer:	I don’t think it’s hot enough to burn you. No idea what watt of steaming power. You could steam jeans, but not iron them. I’m not sure how successful you would be. We used it for a prom dress and it got the wrinkles out well enough.

Answer:	The manual that came with the steamer states 1500 Watts which I would guess is max. As far as steaming your jeans, consult the laundering instructions. Traditional jeans of 100% cotton (Like Levis 501) can be steamed at higher temps. This could serve to shrink the fabric. Other jeans are using cotton/poly/elastane stretch material. A lower temp is indicated.

Answer:	I don't have this product or the answer to your question but there are different temperatures of steam. Very hot steam will have smaller water particles and produce a drier steaming experience, machines some times called vaporizers and some steam machines put out more heat than others. Correcting another answer you got. I need one for sterilizing and my doctor said it has to be at least 150 degrees. After the steam comes out of the machine, the temperature of the room will affect it also as the hot air or cold air mingles with it.

Answer:	Try taking the hose off and flexing it in all directions bending back and forth for a while, this will help loosen it up. Re-attach it and let the steam warm it up. Answer:	Maker keeps replying with the same answer. Use a simple transformer or converter. Most "simple" converters are for a max of about 200 watts and it's a rather heavy small brick. The steamer is said to draw 900 watts. That would require a much larger converter. The simple adapters available are only for devices that can run on either 50 or 60 hertz and 110V or 220v. The maker states the steamer is made for only 110v so that option is out. The transformer option will reduce 220v from the wall outlet to 110v for the appliance, however, it is still 50 hertz (in most of Europe) so it can't power sensitive electronic equipment. The steamer is likely not effected by the difference in Hertz but the maker has not clearly addressed that issue.
