Question:	So the drapery hooks are included
Answer:	Yes, the hooks are included. Be aware that these liners are a very stiff, plastic-like material, that does NOT drape well at all. The fabric of my curtains is soft and hangs nicely but the stiff liner sticks out from the sides because it doesn't drape. I took mine down after a couple of weeks. It was so unsightly I couldn't stand it. A total waste of money for me. They do make good tarps or drop cloths!!!
Question:	can these be used with groment drapes
Answer:	I am using it with grommet drapes. My drapes are white background and very thin so I decided to stitch them in place rather than use the clips included. The clips would be fine for a thicker fabric.
Question:	Can these be hung on a curtain rod
Answer:	Yes they have a good size rod pocket. I hang them on a cheap tension rod pushed right up close to the window behind the curtains. This works great for me and I don't have to hang a double rod or attach them to the curtains with those dreadful hooks.
Question:	I only need to block cold from coming in, would use the liner not actual drape
Answer:	I would suggest a different material available on Amazon that would be much more effective for your purpose. The product is Aluminized Mylar. That's what "Space Blankets" are made of except this is much heavier better suited for your needs. Check it out at: http://goo.gl/J3Wo3D This is a 48" wide x 25 feet long x 2 mil thickness roll. It works best if you don't put it directly on the glass. The air space is part of the insulation solution.
