Answer:	Hi, Just the border is gold on this but I used it as address labels for my wedding invitations and the were not opaque. They should cover the change just fine.

Answer:	I think they would be permeable. they are made of paper.

Answer:	You should be able to. I print them in black but on a colored printer. You would probably have to pick darker color for it to show up well though.
