Answer:	i would say yes, they are grease proof, BUT you can see the color of the cake. In other words, when the cupcakes are baked, the papers don’t stay white. You could tell which ones were chocolate and which ones were a different flavor. Also, the papers are packed so tightly from the manufacturer, they are hard to separate. When first using a new “tier” of papers, some will be wrinkled bad enough that you can’t use them, just by trying to separate. There are 10-12 tiers in each package.
