Answer:	No, it does not stay in place at all. I keep having to adjust it every time I walk into the bathroom because its bunched up somewhere.

Answer:	We returned ours. It was of good quality and did look good but like you we found it a bit smaller then we expected. If I remember it was about 24 X 36. You could try asking the seller for a perhaps more accurate dim.

Answer:	It feels like vinyl when you step on it feels nothing like a rug it has a tendency of slipping not as good as I would have liked it to be. Slips on my carpet and moves I would rated on a scale of 1 to 5 as a 2! I have truly discovered that most of these vinyl rugs all do the same thing.
