Answer:	Hi, Sharon. I'm sorry to hear about the stubborn odor. This product works on contact so it is important that you apply enough that it reaches all of the odor causing material. Sometimes this means pulling up the carpet to treat the padding and floor directly. You may find that the soiled area is much larger than you were treating. As steve mentioned, there may also be another area that you missed. There are special black lights to help you detect these spots. We recommend using at least 1 ounce for areas 3-6 inches in diameter. After treating the area's let the product air dry naturally. This can sometimes take several weeks. Even though the carpet itself may be dry, the padding and floor beneath have much less air flow and take longer. If you are treating too close together the treated areas may never have dried completely. If you'd like to talk about this in detail, please reach out at 1-800-645-5154 (M-F, 8 am-5:30 pm, EST).
Question:	how to put a picture inside the frame? It seems impossible to remove the mat
Answer:	Do not saturate sections of wall-to-wall carpeting, probably microfiber, too. Use a light touch. My carpet fiber was fine and it worked but, after repeated saturation, it ate away the wood under the carpet.
Question:	Is the glass removable
Answer:	Says it removes pheromones, feline hormones that incite cats to urinate on a spot already sprayed. I have not seen that the other product promotes that benefit

Answer:	It has a basket that will hold the ice but it does not keep it frozen. It would have to be moved to the freezer to keep.

Question:	I see one hanger which is shown offset from the middle. Is this moveable on the frame and does it stay put? Never seen this before. Thanks
Answer:	You can't fit any long pencils. But since this pencil case size is adjustable. It's pretty good. The number of pens u can fit is like more than 12. Pencils i am not sure cuz my pencils were too long for it.
Question:	Can I stain these frames? Will the natural grain color accept stain
Answer:	No only pencils case with pretty name hangtag.
Question:	What are these white plastic things (bag of 5) with 3 metal spikes in each? I don't see instructions for them
Answer:	I'm not sure what those are. However, It has a hard time holding thin crayola marker. I had to fill every other spot and even then it was hard to get them to fit.
Question:	How many inches is the profile (face of the frame
Answer:	It depends on the thickness. This is the same as the Euhomy brand only less costly (lid is plastic). Set the ice time for say -4 or -5 and the freeze cycle will be shorter, therefore thinner and easier to crunch. (But Don't crunch it around me!)

Answer:	Large size is 29" L X 12" H X 13.5" Xlarge is 29" L X 12" H X 18" The extra large is designed to be able to fit an adult size hanger.
