Answer:	If you registered the item upon purchase, it should have a 5 year warranty. I had the doggy door installed in November of 2019 and have not had any issues. Mine is still working properly and is intact and solid as it was the day it was installed. Hopefully, you can get a replacement.

Answer:	I only purchased the semi transparent curtain, so I can’t say anything about the white, but the one I got allows light to pass through and you can see shapes on the other side such as someone walking towards the door.

Answer:	From the 2013 detailed answer of Michael C as to dimensions, it sounds as if the ten-piece set has three different lid sizes - 2 big square, 5 small square, and 3 rectangle. Is this correct? That does not seem very handy for stacking.

Answer:	No, you would not be able to see a double sided picture. There is a white sheet as the middle of each pocket, the photos go on each side of it.
Question:	Does the book actually hold 50 photos if you count the covers? Or does it hold just 46 inner photos and 2additional for the covers
Answer:	There are: 24 pages x 2 photos each = 48 places for photos; PLUS: another place for a photo on the inside of front and back covers; PLUS: If you don't like the actual cardboard inserts that serve as front and back covers, you could remove them and add ANOTHER 2 photos! Answer:	It is only three. If you plan to use these for gifts or if kids will be using them, I'd definitely go for these. These three I have of these are holding up strong, even with kid use. The cheap ones I got for $1 ripped pretty quickly. They look the same, but there is a definite quality difference. I personally think these are worth it, but it does depend on what you are using them for and how long you need them to stay together.
