Answer:	I would go with 2t/3t they might be a little big but it won’t be by much. My youngest daughter is exactly that size and they fit her just fine.

Answer:	I would order a 6. My daughter is about the same and I think the 4 cuts into her legs a little. The 6 fits her much better and gives her a little room to grow.

Answer:	I feel that they run true to size. I got 2t-3t for my little one and she's petite only weighs 28lbs and 3 years old. After buying them I felt I should have bought a size bigger just so they would fit her longer but that's my fault.

Answer:	I used the round decorative rods for my curtains. I have standard windows so I bought rods that extend to 36" -48"..I have 2 very small windows and I bought I pair and placed one curtain on each small window. I had plenty of gathering. Beautiful curtains!

Answer:	I washed them on the gentle cycle of my front loading washer and hung them on the rod when I took out. Dried nicely and I used the vertical steamer on my iron just to touch up the wrinkles out when dried.
