Answer:	Have to use the cones that come with it. They have a hole in the bottom so the smoke draws down. I don’t like the smell of the incense. Especially after it’s out smells like an old capmfire

Answer:	I have found that I don’t care for any of the backflow incense. They all just smell like an ashtray. However you can take normal incense cones and drill a hole in the bottom and they work the same. HEM has been one of my favorite brands of incense. They all smell good but not too strong. And it depends on what scent you get as to what it smells like.

Answer:	The burner works wonderfully. If you don't like the smell of the incense that comes with it you can buy new cones and sticks separately.
