Answer:	Yes. You can customize your intervals, meaning the duration of exercise and the duration of rest in between along with the number of cycles. The directions aren't the easiest to understand, but once you figure it out it's a piece of cake. Worth the price.

Answer:	Oh dear! That is a pity, its the most premium bakhoor, Oudh Delux, and we sample it only occassionally! Its a clean note of Agarwood. But I'm sure you will love some of the other bakhoors in the box - my personal favorite is Oud Al Ibtisam ;-) Enjoy

Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. Dukhni Bakhoor burns fabulously on the exotic incense burner (slow burn for around 2.5 hours), with a t-lite candle. If you use it in an electric burner, burn time depends on the temperature o the burner. It could burn for between 5 mins and 20 mins - but the fragrance will stay in the room for a long while after the product has stopped burning. I hope you enjoy Dukhni Bakhoor !

Answer:	Thank you for your question. Not all burners are suited to Dukhni Bakhoor, as the heat may be insufficient for the incense to burn through. The Dukhni Exotic Bakhoor Burner will work perfectly with Dukhni Bakhoor and fragrance will diffuse aggressively, however you could also try the bakhoor with the Scentsy Burner and see!

Answer:	This set comes with 30 pieces of assorted bakhoor incense fragrances, but no burner! There is another set with a burner...
Question:	Are there chemicals in this? What are the ingredients
Answer:	We have never really tried this before, but it is a good idea! It primarily depends on the temperature reached in your wax warmer, and if that is optimal for burning bakhoor! I think placing the bakhoor in the wax warmer, without any oil is more likely to give you a good result! This said, we cannot confirm this. You should burn bakhoor on the Dukhni Exotic Burners - the results are fantastic!
Question:	Can I use electric burner for it
Answer:	All of these type from Dukhni are in a compressed square. I believe your word resin makes sense as when they are finished with the floral notes, they start to burn and have an unpleasant smell. Do not place on charcoal! There is some dukhni in a glass jar that are chips, but these are not. May I suggest the Swiss Arabian sampler? There is some nice scents that I preferred over the Dukhni and most were not resin-type.

Question:	Do you have muattar al watan? It's been very difficult to find in the US under your brand
Answer:	This product is a compressed powder formed into a 40gram square "bar" that is divided into smaller segments sort of like a chocolate bar. You break off a small piece and then sprinkle the powder over hot coals or in my case...on the hot plate of an electric bakhoor heater. The idea is you want the powder to NOT catch fire...you want it slowly release the fragrance. That is why i prefer using an electric burner with an adjustable thermostat.

Answer:	Though some aspects of your question are relative, I think it is fair to say that the "black box oud", is distinctly more masculine than the other SwissArabian offerings. It lacks the essence of perfume that the other have, as it is more representive of the natural agarwood scent.

Answer:	Not really. I use a RaniaUK Bostan burner. Look them up, it's a great company. most electric burners are rubbish. Coal is a pain. Wax/oil burners aren't hot enough. Check out Swiss Arabian. The aromatics are incomparable. My Perfume Factory is a good daily though.

Method of burning Bakhoor incense:

To use, break a small amount of bukoor incense and place onto your charcoal burner or an electric bukhoor oudh burner, usually a pinch is enough. Crumble less for light fragrance and light smoke, crumble more for strong aroma and greater smoke. Keep adding more once smoke and fragrances subside. In order to burn incense with Bakhour it is best to use Charcoal. The Charcoal is first ignited over a flame. Ideal are special lighters or a candle flame. After the charcoal begins to glow, it is placed in a Bakhoor holder or other fire-proof dish. 

Now on the coal the Bakhoor is placed and the smoking process can begin. 

After smoking with Bakhour please ventilate the area.
