Answer:	I really don’t think it’s necessary to be splined. The rubber coil is made large enough that it won’t come out of the channel especially when the rubber is inserted with the roller tool.

Question:	Stupid question but how do I cut the frame? Can it be done by hand
Answer:	I used a hack saw. Worked great. A MITER saw will work well too. Make sure to use a metal cutting blade.
