Question:	What cartridges would I get for this pen? (Not familiar with fountain pens) Address provided in description does not work
Answer:	You can use any standard cartridges, just realize that with some cartridges you may have to push them a little harder to seat them. After that you should be good. Happy writing.
Question:	Can I fill this with ink from a bottle directly, or do I need a cartridge to hold the ink in the pen
Answer:	Yes, you can use the unit in the pen already to draw in into it by leaving exactly as it is when you purchased the pen You TWIST the little stick to the right or the left to direct what you want to do. One way will screw the plunger to the bottom and which time you can insert the tip or nib into the ink bottle. Reverse direction by twisting the little stick in the opposite direction to suck the ink up to the top or the level you want. To clean the nib and holding tube, use the action with clean water. Do so until barrel and nib run clear. I use ethyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) to flush the barrel and nib. You can soak the ink holding unit and the nib in alcohol if necessary. Empty the unit of either water or fluid, gently pat as dry as possible and let dry before use. Clean is no trace of color you were using. Clean clear fluid. Water- then end with ethyl alcohol. (Helps stop rust from being a problem.) NO EXPERT! Answer from research and some experience.

Answer:	Bought it in 2016 for school year. Has not changed batteries even onces. They stayed inside all this time.

Answer:	I keep seeing this solution for the wasted tape. " print all of the labels at once, then cut them apart after printing. " However, this only works if you are using very simple labels with no frame or border. Since we purchase these modern label makers for all of their graphic options, this is only a "solution " if you do NOT use 95% of the label maker's capabilities. So, NO great way to save on excessive tape margins.
Question:	With another Brother label maker, 1" of tape was wasted from the last letter to the cut. Is this the same w/this model

Answer:	There is only one light ...the light on my fountain has already burnt out. I don't think it can be replaced either. The light is one of the reasons I bought the fountain but I'll probably still keep it ..it's still a nice fountain.

Answer:	I do not believe mine have batteries.... They just run until they're not nice and shiny any longer. I ran mine at least 10 hours every night, 7 days/week and then tossed in out. To my mind, NOTHING will ever replace the Grecian Gardens Envirascape. The color reflected on the ceiling and was beautiful to hear and see.

Answer:	Yeah, I think that an 11 year old would love it. I would just make sure that the fountain doesn't stay too close to an electrical outlet, in case she knocks it over. The power cord is pretty long and easily could sit on a desk or a bed table far enough away from an outlet.

Answer:	It's about 8" tall and the bowl is squarish - about 6.25" each side. it does need to be kept clean. i found that a weekly cleaning with peroxide works well. (My cat uses it for beverage)

Answer:	I'm sorry I can't comment on that, but I can tell you I gave them as a gift to my adult sons. They were very thankful. I am not sure of the durability, but since it was Christmas morning, they began using them immediately to open packaging. No broken handles and they held up well from what I could see that morning. I was thinking about reordering a set for myself. I like that they are different colors so I could use them in different areas of my home. The red scissors in the kitchen, the pink for only fabric, the blue for only paper. Sorry I can't tell you how durable, though.
