Question:	can i order white ones
Answer:	I'm 6' 5" male, this mat is exceptionally long. I do find that lying flat from top of the map to bottom the mat cuts off at about the ankles. I do lots of core/ab workouts on my mat the padding is thick enough to make it comfortable and large enough to perform crunches or other exercises on without my body making contact with the floor. I don't mind my heels hanging off on the rare occasion that they do because all other points of contact are on the mat.

Answer:	I purchased the GoYoga Exercise mat in January 2016 for physical therapy exercises. For the last year, I've used this mat every week (about 5 out of 7 days per week). I haven't had any problems with the mat shedding or tearing. At about 1/2" thick, this mat is more comfortable for doing PT exercises on than the thinner 1/4" exercise mats. Glad I bought it!

Answer:	2/5 of an inch, while not an actual measurement, is actually close to 3/8 in.

Answer:	I use it for yoga. Has a great grip on both sides and extra thick padding to reduce pressure in certain poses. Also great for enhancing balance as the thick foam forces you to focus on balance.

Answer:	New yoga mats may have a bit of smell at first, but it is completely harmless! The smell will fade with time and use, however, cleaning the mat can quickly speed up this process. We recommend washing the mat with a yoga mat wash or a 50/50 mixture of vinegar and water. Then let the mat air dry. It should take no longer than 2-3 days maximum. Answer:	We moved the straps to a different spot and about a week later they fill back in. My dd7 uses the mat so she just puts the straps on all messy and folded over. This makes her indents deep and not wide and hers fill back in.

Answer:	I think 25 lb is quite a lot if you are anchoring the shelf to sheetrock only. if you can anchor it to the studs I don't think that will be a problem.

Answer:	Depends on the ground and your weight. For a flat dirt ground with no rocks under you and if you weigh 175 or less and have no back problems then this would probably work. Amazon sells these in 3/4 inch thickness and 1 inch thickness also. The best part of having one made from this material is they are easy to clean, soft and doesn't cost a lot unlike the expensive brand name ones.
