Question:	How do you remove the bracket to install
Answer:	The brackets come fit securely inside the shelf for easier packing and also very snug so the shelf will not fall the bracket once installed so to remove it the easiest way is to use 2 flat head screw driver (or butter knives) and simultaneously pry each end of the bracket which will lift it enough out of the shelf for you to grab with you fingers.

Answer:	Yes, you will need a drill for the mounting bracket. Although you could buy some self-drilling drywall anchors if you aren’t mounting on a stud.
