Answer:	Mine came with a manger. I am looking at the picture of the Nativity set now and it does not show a manger included. Not sure why they would change that. My tallest piece was no more than 3” . So, yes. If you mean under a 12” manger. If you are referring to 12” wide, it would be determined if you want all of the figures inside. I never put all of the figures inside. They sort of surround it, in front.
