Answer:	If I assume that a man is about 6', then a 6" figure would be 1:12 scale, the typical "doll house" scale. If the figure is 4", then I can estimate the scale to be 1:18 (1" would represent 1.5 ft.) . The description pics show them to be just under 4", so I would lean more towards 1:20 scale. These are approximations, of course.

Answer:	Sorry, it was an anniversary gift for an elderly couple. Have no idea where it was made, but very cute and appropriate for the couple I gave it to.
