It comes back when I touch it, but will go off again in 20 sec. Following the Common Trouble Shooting Q&A, double press the "Down" button does NOT fix the problem. Answer:	The display does stay on, we havent had qny issues woth it turning off. There is a brightness adjustment but even the lowest level is still pretty bright.

This information is not in the manual, but the manufacturer has a webpage that is helpful (but hard to find!).

Answer:	It automatically sets itself for the eastern time zone. If you live anywhere else you set it once with your time zone, it will change to the correct time (assuming it can get the radio signal) and that is all you will have to do unless you move to a different time zone.

Answer:	The radio will stay on for 60 minutes.

What is 2.4GHz and why does the VibroSaver only support 2.4GHz?

The 2GHz Wi-Fi band uses a longer wave length than the 5GHz Wi-Fi band to ensure longer range and transmission through walls and solid objects.

We decided to make the VibroSaver compatible with the 2GHz band to ensure that the device is accessible from anywhere within your home.

Most home Wi-Fi will support dual bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz) as one Wi-Fi name while some Wi-Fi will support both bands as 2 separate Wi-Fi names. If your home Wi-Fi has different names for each band, please make sure your mobile device is connected to a Wi-Fi network without any notation on 5GHz in its name such as: 5, 5G or 5GHz.

To check which Wi-Fi your device is connected to, go to Settings > Wi-Fi on your mobile device and check if your mobile device is connected to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
