Answer:	I have the same problem. The clock worked fine for about 2 months. Then the display went off. Reconnect the power cord would light up the display. But it went off in 20 sec. It comes back when I touch it, but will go off again in 20 sec. Following the Common Trouble Shooting Q&A, double press the "Down" button does NOT fix the problem.
