A: No, the volume is fixed and not adjustable. Through thousands of trials, this volume works for most people.

Q: Can it work without USB charge? Can I just use batteries to make it work?

A: We may not recommend to use batteries because LED lights consume batteries really fast. Power cord may be better, more economical. The power cord comes with the clock. Batteries option is only for travel and temporary use or in case power off.

It's easy to appear digits dimming when batteries power is not enough.

Q: Why sometimes the alarm clock does not always display data, unexpectedly off or on from time to time?

A: This happens because the power-saving mode of alarm clock is on.Please change “on:sd” to “--:sd” to close it and keep the display always on by pressing the DOWN button.

“on:sd” is for saving power mode.
