Answer:	Sadly, the one disappointment in this clock is that although there are two alarm options, they both have to be set to the same MODE. (To select the wake up mode, slide the “Alarm Mode Switch“ to your desired position: a) “BUZZ“ for sound b) “VIB“ for bed shaker c) “VIB/ BUZZ“ for both sound and bed shaker NOTE: once the wake up mode is chosen, this will apply to both alarms.) We feel that being able to have the vibrating as an initial wake up and a loud buzz as the second, would be very useful, but not possible on this model.
Question:	Will the shaker work effectively with a SleepNumber or other similar air mattress
Answer:	I bought this for my 16 year old son who sleeps 'like the dead'. I had SO much trouble getting him up for school and/or work. He actually doesn't put the 'shaker' part under his pillow or mattress....he lets it dangle down the nightstand. It causes suck a ruckus clanking and rattling against the night stand I can hear it from the other end of the house! It has worked for him 100%. He's up every morning, without fail. And he had a summer job that started at 7am......he wasn't late even once!

Answer:	Yes! Use the shaker and flashing lights. The lights wake me up just before the shaker goes off. I'm so hard of hearing ( the reason I bought this ) that I don't hear the alarm, but everybody in the house does.

Answer:	There are two brightness settings. The low setting with the red color display does not emit a lot of light compared to other display types. Red is the preferred color for maintaining a dark room.

Answer:	yes, I have the same problem. After setup time, the alarm clock sounds to noise. I don't know fixed, I return this clock.

Question:	Can you hear the minute,hour or second had move with that annoying tick tick sound every second
Answer:	no, you can't hear a peep. it is quiet. the only thing you hear, is the alarm going off.
Question:	How long does it last on a single battery
Answer:	The battery life will depend on whether you use the alarm every day or just use it to keep time. I have gotten maybe a week, 2 at the most, out of the required one AA battery (1.5 volts) because the alarm needs the juice to make the hammer fly back and forth to strike the bells with the amount of force it uses to make this as loud as it is. Once it starts to drain down to 1.44 volts (I've verified that with a voltmeter), the clock loses time (45 minutes to an hour in less than a day!) so I have to change it every week. There is no way that this can keep time for more than 4 months using the alarm several times a week. It should have been made using 2 batteries to keep it going longer.
Question:	How long does the ringing last
Answer:	LOL! Until the dead are awake! Seriously it keeps ringing... I think it might stop after a minute because it will be past the alarm time. It's so obnoxiously loud that I don't wait that long to find out. ;)

Answer:	as a clock dial, the calibrations indicate one minute per scale. However as an alarm dial, the calibrations indicate 12 minutes per scale. Since it quartz alarm clock, not digital alarm clock, the alarm will goes off nearly the time you set.

Answer:	The display does stay on, we havent had qny issues woth it turning off. There is a brightness adjustment but even the lowest level is still pretty bright.

Answer:	I tried switching from C to F per instructions - hold up key for three minutes but only the option to change led reading comes up. How do I move from C to F. Otherwise I love the clock
