Answer:	Check that your batteries are charged to 1.5. If you don't have a way (voltage meter) to check, try brand new batteries that are new off the store shelf. For the sync-up process, the batteries must be 1.5 or better. It's the #1 problem we see.

Answer:	All outdoor sensors should use Energizer Ultimate Lithium batteries. Alkalines will freeze, rechargables start at a max of 1.4 v and drop to 1.2 v fairly quickly and do not like extreme cold. They do not work in Iowa winter. All my external sensors use AA Ultimate Lithiums and last the entire winter, even at -15 below zero F. I change them out every Fall.

Answer:	If I may say, you might want to reconsider a product from LaCrosse. I have had an s85814 weather station for about 3 years and it currently serves as the night light in my bedroom. It never worked and LaCrosse wasn't much help. The temperature outside was always off by close to 20 degrees. Don't do it, you'll regret it!

Answer:	No, the display is very clear, however the clock can be knocked over easily, the alarm is a very low beep and is non adjustable. The atomic time has never connected, it doesn't have a radio and the buttons are impossible to see the labels (must use instructions each time to set). Back up batteries do not retain time so they're worthless.

This is a Relative Humidity Gauge, by this I mean that it measure how much moisture is contained in the surrounding air When the humidity gauge reads %100 the surrounding air can hold no more moisture . On the left side of the gauge the relative humidity is displayed in % and on the right side is a temperature gauge that can display the temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit.

Answer:	Do you mean changing "12H" or "24H". Please hold "DOWN" button for 3secs. you may see "2020". That's the "Year" value. Then press "SET" button to confirm and next. Then it's month and date. After that you can choose "12H" or "24H". If you cannot solve your problem, please contact us according the back of the clock. Provide us a video to show what's going wrong.
Question:	Is the display visible if the clock is above the horizon ( i.e. on a mantel and you are looking up from seated position
Answer:	if the case is not too thick, it can. It should be not more than 8 mm
