Answer:	Wow!! A better question would be: When was this made? I bought one of these about the time I had the iPhone 4 (about 10 years ago). It is a good sounding unit and has both AM & FM, but AM has such poor sound anymore that it is hardly worth having (noise interference from all the electronic gadgets today). The iPhone connector is NOT the lightning connector of today, but the old iPhone connector. But to answer your question, I believe it is designed in the US, but it is definately made in China.

Answer:	I don't know what the Iphone 6 has for a charging slot but I think it is the lightening one. there are Ihome docking stations that have that connector. I think this is the one I returned because the adapters didn't work with it.
