I've also used preemie onesies: the arms are a little tight to get in because they don't flex well and they're slightly long but don't look too horrible once you have them on. I think some of the kids have even managed to get them off and on (or at least partially) by themselves since the onesies stretch some. Childcraft sells sets of clothes for the 16-18in dolls and we have some of those but most of them are too narrow for these babies.
