Answer:	Yes it does. It also has a factoy warranty but I always buy the extended warranty with any new appliance. My moms clock is still working great.

Answer:	I don’t know the difference between the different priced clocks. The $25.99 clock does what we need done (let newly blind person find time of day) so I haven’t used all modalities it has.

My mother is 92 and she thinks the button is helpful when she remembers to push the button. Question:	how accurate is the clock
Answer:	Today is June 12, 2019, 4:50 pm.......my clock is saying it's June 11, 9:45 PM. I just tossed it in the trash because NOW I can't even set it to the correct day and time. Also, if the power is interrupted it's suppose to return to the correct time when power resumes. No......it doesn't. And it's SO tricky to re-set the thing that a person with dementia would never be able to do it. Very frustrating.

Question:	Do the box or instructions say anything about the elderly or memory loss? I want it for my retiree dad who’s healthy; I don’t want to insult him
Answer:	No it does not mention anything like that. I got one for Sister in law with dementia who can read. the nice numbers, dates and all. It helps her to key in on some reality on her own. I also got one for 8 yr old great grandson who is always asking time , day, date etc. he now says "I know, go look at my clock". I am registered nurse and have shown to many clients and several like it. Never have had anyone seem to feel insulted. remember it can hang on wall or sit on table or stand. Answer:	I honestly don’t know. I use a standard 110. It’s like a big flat clock. I don’t know if it would be able to take the 220. It’s not a “high tech” thing so I wouldn’t push it. Sorry - not a lot of help!

Question:	how do I make it brighter
Answer:	In the menu, the brightness is adjusted, the brightness is on. When you set it on, the brightness is automatically adjusted. Every day at 7:00 AM, it turns dark and bright, and at 7:00 PM, it turns dark. If you want the brightness to keep, you can set the brightness by 1 2 3 4 5 The brightness gradually increases. Remember to press the OK button when you set the desired brightness.
