Answer:	What are you connecting it to? Micro USB or USB C ? Phone? Tablet? Computer? I purchased two of these and have no problems at all. Are you using a SD, Micro SD, or USB flash drive to try and read it? Some Android phones need to give permissions in order to let the device read the card reader. Is is prompting you?
Question:	What type of battery does this clock use
Answer:	I doubt it. The specs say "will not support over 64 GB" I use a 32 GB and it works great.

Answer:	In all honestly, I cannot get this product to work with ANY device. I have tried an HP computer, laptop, and my Google Pixel and all devices say it can't read it.
