Answer:	Hi ... I have had my Regal Slim for years and it never needed service other than enjoying the beautiful flames. This is a sealed unit ... no need for wick replacement.
Question:	How wide, how deep and how tall is it
Answer:	If you purchase the insert alone, you will need to place it into something, then attain the proper fuel. ( bioethanol )
Question:	Would the stands support glassybabies
Answer:	It can be held and fed in any position. That said, I had huge issues with my gun not feeding the caps correctly. It spit out about 15% of the caps when I was installing house wrap and foam insulation. Big PITA, but maybe my unit was just bad. There are NO adjustments on the gun for the cap feed, so if it spits them out there is nothing you can do to fix it. The best trick that I found was to hold the gun to the surface, and pull the trigger without yanking the gun back. (In other words, don't treat it as a bump trigger). That kept some of the flying caps contained, but not all.
Question:	I’m confused is this 12” or 22” wide
Answer:	It came with a case when I bought the gun a couple of years ago. You will have to purchase nails and caps separately. Amazon is a great source for the caps, they can be tough to find locally.

Answer:	Hi Troy, I have gotten it on beach towels numerous times when I was using it and it always came out in the wash. I did not pre-treat it with anything, so I would say that it does not stain. I'm surprised that one answer said that it did stain, I wonder what it stained and if it was on there for a long time. I think I had it on for several days, maybe 2 to 4 days and it still washed right out.
