Answer:	Yes, you can. There are three small screws on the bottom that hold the candle in place. Just remove them, and the candle comes out. I replaced mine because I had a complete set of led lights that work with a remote. I love this lantern!

Answer:	Hi, The 'Full' bright - I find is very 'Bright' White, (Not harsh blue white) will brighten a room, The lesser 2 switch settings I find - are more a subdued bright white light .. The 'Middle' switch is a 2/3 glow but you could look at it as it Half lights the room, The 'Weakest' switch is a weaker 1/3 white (still more Whiteish) a more comfortable white. Hope this helps. I like this x6 "D" battery light.

Answer:	L did research too, thats why I bought the UTS 60 day Lantern. There is a little sister one which looks the same, (need 4 batteries?) but it only lasts for 30 days. The 60 Days one needs 6x "D Batteries" and using it for about 8 hours a night I find it lasted over the 2 months. If you buy the better brand "D" batteries you should be as satisfied as I am. I looked for months for a 'good price', suddenly there was one so I bought it. This lantern has 3 different Light intensidies Bright, Medium and low. I mostly use the "Low" mode - thats why it lasts so long. Enjoy !!!

Answer:	I just got back from my"prepper' place, and I tested mine while there. Run time on high was just a little under 70 hours. On medium, 140 hours. 70 hours on high is really good, considering the extreme brightness...over 500 lumens. Great lanterns!

Answer:	It is ceramic so it is actually a good weight, although not sure how much. I took my scale outside to weigh it and it decided it would weigh no more. Had to toss it. Honestly though, I don't think the weight is an issue. What I found worrisome is the fact that the base is not level so it rocks a bit. Not enough for a bird to knock over but one of my cats, yes. I am considering putting in the garden on dirt instead of the cement patio. Actually wish i had sent it back.
