Answer:	No,not at all, the logs are smaller than I thought they would be. Our fireplace has a heat a later in it, and in the past, we would always burn real wood .We would turn on the gas and as soon as the real wood would catch a flame, we would flick on the blower and turn the gas off, and the wood would heat a super large family room. Not the case with the ceramic logs.We arranged the logs as we were told, turn ed on the gas, and when the logs would light, we would turn off the gas and the logs would go out, no heat. I probably would not recommend these logs. Sorry.

Answer:	Depends on how much you burn but lasted about three hours in my pit but I only used two pieces at a time some lasted longer because of the different sizes of the wood .

Question:	Hello, can the pots be removed
Answer:	I’m not totally sure about the unit you have, but I had a similar problem with my Fire Sense Pyramid heater. Only difference was that the pilot would light, but not stay lit. I was pretty sure it was one of two things: the thermocouple or the tilt switch. I ordered the kit that had them both. In retrospect, it was probably just the thermocouple, because the tilt switch is a very simple design. If you have no gas coming through at all, you may need to get a new gas valve or pilot gas valve, if for some reason they’re separate items. (Are you pushing the gas knob in when it’s on pilot? Silly question if you are, but not if you aren’t). Hope this helps.
