Question:	Would this be sufficient enough to heat the inside of my car in the winter months
Answer:	If you are asking about winter storage for your car to keep it from getting musty, that might work. Sort of like heat sticks for gun safes and pianos for the dampness. If your asking about living in your car, it wouldn't be warm enough for me.
Question:	House for stray cats...does this heater need to be clear of all bedding? is there a chance of fire
Answer:	I have mine in a cat house with towels and a cat bed around it. The towels touch it. It's uncomfortably hot to touch on high, but doesn't burn my hand so I felt it was safe. I've not had any issues with it so far.
Question:	Do you have to worry about this being to close to the chickens? Do you have to mount it where they cant get to
Answer:	The answer to both questions is No according to the instructions. I did place mine on a wall so the chickens don't poop on it. It sits just above their heads while roosting. It also heats objects. Also it will only heat to about 45 degrees which is the highest temp you want for chickens. If the chickens get too hot they move away from it. The panel is not hot but warm to the touch. I find it to be very safe easy to install. Haven't had -30 degree weather yet. It has been in the 20's here at night and I really do love the product. Safe for everyone.

Answer:	I couldn’t find this information either so I emailed the company and asked. This is their reply “Thank you for your inquiry. The internal thermostat does not automatically shut the unit off or on; it only regulates the temperature of the unit to maintain 140F. The unit will ONLY shut off if it overheats to above 180F; this product must be manually turned on and off.”

Question:	How long is the power cord
Answer:	Short answer is maybe 2, but 2 can still trip your breaker if its on the same circuit (each room is typically a different circuit) and running at 100%. This depends on your circuit, most are 15A or 20A. Loosely the math is 120V * 15A = 1800W. In the 1800W scenario you can have 1.8 of these units running at full capacity. At 120V * 20A = 2400W you can have 2.4 of these heating units at full capacity. Given you may have other appliances in the room on the circuit you might not be able to run 2 of these units if that is the case. Best bet is to get one for each circuit (typically by room) or move up to the 1500W model for each circuit.
Question:	Would this be good for a small bathroom that is unheated and has cold tile floor? Would infrared be better

Answer:	I have used this heater continuously for a few weeks. In a small uninsulated area approximately 200 sq. ft. it has done very well. very simple to operate and safe, light and easy to mount it will cost you the use of 110v outlet.

Answer:	It is small but powerful for it's size. It's about two feet high and a foot and a half wide, only a few inches deep. It mounts on the wall in just a couple minutes, very easy to put up. I use a couple space heaters in my small home because it's old and doesn't have a central heat source. There are two, small electric base board heaters for the whole house and the space heaters do a good job of compensating. I live up north and we are experiencing wind chills of up to 50 below zero at times. On those INSANELY cold days it does take two space heaters to heat our home. However, when the temperature is up to 20 above or more, the Heat Storm does fine on it's own.

Question:	How much electricity does it save
Answer:	We are on year round level pay with my electric company. After one year of heating only the area family was actually in, our bill went down over $1000 per year. A savings of almost $100 per month. Whole house heating is a waste of money. We keep bedrooms and baths at 61 at night and off during the day. We use electric blankets. We keep the kitchen and dining room at 65-68 during the day and 50 degrees at night. Zonal heating is one of the biggest budget savers available. Doing this required purchasing 6 heaters ( $30-90 each) and 6 digital thermostats ($10 each) and electric blankets ($60-80 each) for each bed. We already had quilts. Our total outlay was a lot but we got it all back in savings within the first 6-7 months. The 2nd and 3rd year everything still worked so the savings was over $2000. Our master bedroom electric blanket quit working and we believe it is our dogs fault because of the nails.

Answer:	The unit came with the required shutoff valve and I just had to go to Home Depot and pick up the gas line with the length I needed for my hook up. It was pretty inexpensive getting the hose there.

Answer:	I use two of these units, one in my pump house and one in a portion of my barn that has water. I'm at 7,000 feet and they work great. The one thing I had to do is to add a UPS to give the units constant power for when the power goes out.

Answer:	Just opened mine and the "cautions" and "general instructions" are rather adamant about saying: DO NOT INSTALL ABOVE 5,200 feet. Our EX22CP also said it was good at high altitude, but that manual under Specifications says it is for installation at altitudes up to 10,200 feet. Here in Western Colorado, folks in our valley's wouldn't be able to use this. We're at 8'000 feet, so I guess it is going back. REALLY disappointing.

Answer:	This Rinnai comes with its own thermostat

Answer:	No. But otherwise, a very good and efficient source of heat.

Answer:	I replaced a smaller Rinnai with this one. The wall vent was the same size. I didn't need any extra parts to install it. I will also say I bought this wall furnace because of the option of having a wall thermostat. That is extra to purchase, which I did, and it's a piece of junk. The furnace works great, however.
Question:	What is the product dimension? Does the thermostat work properly to turn on and off to maintain set temperature
Answer:	I used 1/2" soft copper tubing from the propane tank to where it entered the building. From that point we used standard steel black pipe-probably 1/2"pipe. I don't know what 5/8 propane pipe is. Do you mean 5/8" dia. copper tubing? As far as I know pipe sizes come in these designations:1/8",1/4", 1/2" 3/4",1', etc. The numbers refer to the inside dimension of the pipe-(the opening,) not the outside dia.I do not know of a 5/8" pipe. It's best if you don't try and improvise. Follow the mfrs. instructions. Your home is worth more than something you have a "bunch of" already. If you are talking 5/8"dia. copper tubing I don't think that would be a problem but like a previous responder said: 1/2" dia.copper tubing is pretty much a standard

Question:	Does the unit include its wall mounting kit or does that come seperate
Answer:	I would say you can put the heater about 3 to 4 feet away from you but here's the problem with this heater it puts out a lot of heat from 3 different settings low, medium, and high the problem is most of the heat rises off the top of the heater head. Yes it radiates heat out the front of it but not as much as you would think. You have to be close to it to feel any of the heat radiating off of it. If you were in an enclosed area this heater works GREAT for heating up areas really fast and to the point of baking you alive in a tent, camper, small work garage area or for emergency use type situations. If you guys huddle around it and put your hands above it and rub your hands together to keep warm I guess you would be fine but don't expect it to push a lot of heat out towards you guys as you sit there.
Question:	Will it turn back on after a power outage
Answer:	What does "Windproof" mean to you? Will the MH15 stay lit in a mild breeze? Yes. Can it be blown out by a strong wind? Yes. The biggest problem is starting the MH15 in a moderate wind - the propane has to burn in free air for a short time to heat the combustion grid to red heat. One the grid is red hot, the propane flame tends to stay lit. During this heating period, the flame is more vulnerable to wind.
Question:	What is the noise level
Answer:	The 1# tank will ice up and slowly turn off the heater on anything but the lowest setting. That lasts about 2 hours. A little buddy heater with 4K/9K Btu works best with the 1# cylinders. I have the hose hookup for a 20# tank and it's nice to have the option of using either size. You have to light this one with a lighter which is just another thing to forget to pack.
Question:	does this heater have a timer
Answer:	As far as I know... No. A simular thing happened to me. I reattached the grill using good old fashioned wire hanger twisted. This was only a temporary fix.
