Answer:	I wouldn't say oscillate, the unit itself stays stationary at all times. The top black section does have a small sliver (imagine a slice of pie) that circles the full 360 degrees (this is the only place heat comes out) but that is internal and none of the outside parts move. I am much happier with my lasko ceramic tower fan that releases heat from the entire face instead of one tiny sliver.

Answer:	It came with the bulbs. They are a warm led. They aren’t very bright though. In fact, we’re considering replacing the entire fan since their so dim. It’s currently in my son’s bedroom. Fan itself is great, just not the amount of light it gives off.

Answer:	don't worry about the size.. it fits in the space above the fan down rod ball. I have put it in and out a few times and it fits. Just have to be careful all the wires are tucked far into the decorative cover and be sure the wires do not prevent you from screwing the cover on easily. I had that problem. only problem you may have is the wires from the transmitter are kind of short so make sure to arrange the wires to their respective match.

Question:	How bad does it smell when it's on?? I want to use it in my office, but if it puts off any sort of odor, I won't be able to use it
Answer:	I'm pregnant so super sensitive to smells and I don't find it puts out any type of bad smell however the air it produces DOES smell slightly different- but to the point where a normal person would barely notice.
Question:	What size of room will this heat
Answer:	Elaine - my unit heats our family room that is about 25' by 18'. It heat my much smaller office in minutes and it's 15' by 12'. It works especially well when occillating. Hope this helps.
Question:	How noisy is it
Answer:	I haven't had it on now since last winter and part of the time I Had it out in the garage keeping the washing machine pipes from freezing - but I did have it in the living room for a while and don't remember it being excessively noisy
Question:	Anyone track their electric bill after using this? Did it go up or down
Answer:	WE're careful about how much we use it, but we live in SoCal with the highest electric rates in the continental US. You can do the arithmetic yourself. The heater runs at 750 (L) and 1500 (H) watts. Look at a recent electrical bill and see what the cost/kWhr is in your area. Let's say its $0.20/kWhr (typical for SoCal), then 1 hour of using the heater at high will run you $0.30 (1.5kW x $0.20/kWhr), and one month of this will run you 30 days x $0.30/day = $9.00/ month. If you live in the Pacific Northwest, like my in-laws, where electricity is cheap ($0.06/kWhr), then it will cost a lot less (only $2.70/month) for that 1 hour/day.
