Answer:	The rocks are measured by weight, and in some cases in older shipments, the rocks were heavy but did not completely fill the surface. This should not be a problem anymore. We do not have extra rocks but they are regular river rocks and can be purchased in sacks at art and craft stores or garden centers.

Answer:	It does throw some heat but I don't know how warm it would keep you, I love this because of its size and ambiance but don't really use it for heat.

Answer:	Yes, it did come with the loop. It is removable. Perhaps some folks didn’t like the loop. We like it, it’s a nice sturdy set.

Answer:	I didn’t keep the box. Can’t find any made in China on the pieces. So I’m not sure. I did return a couple sets. This is the only one that has good size sturdy tools.

Answer:	Not at all, it’s long enough so not near fire while flipping logs. Unless you leave it in the fire for a very long period of time.

Answer:	No. while flipping logs the handle does not get hot. Its a very nice set.
Question:	Why is the nut for the base to big? It just falls off the rod
Answer:	I had the same problem where the threaded rod was too small a thread for the nut or the top handle. I retuned the entire set for a refund.

Answer:	As description: The stand is 31" tall, the brush is 25"long, the shovel is 27" long , the poker is 27" long and the log tongs are 27 " long.

Answer:	I asked Regal Flame and this was their response "If you are finding these names off of Amazon, there is no difference in the fuel. Amazon requires us to not reuse the same name "listing" therefore, you will find the different "options". We only sell premium fuel however, the bottle color and cap color may vary but there is no difference in the product itself."

Question:	How wide is the bottom base
Answer:	In the car dept. at Walmart they have a cleaner call super clean, it is in a purple container( not to be confused with purple cleaner) you might want to try that. I am not sure it will work, but it did a great job when I used it on our pellet stove glass when nothing else worked.
Question:	Can the tongs be used with one hand
Answer:	The label specifically states to be used for ventless fireplaces designed to burn liquid bio-ethanol fuel.
Question:	What is the actual length of the tools? I'm looking to hang them on the front face of the fireplace
Answer:	It depends on how much fuel the containers in the fireplace hold. I have 6 containers in my fireplace, each hold less than half a bottle/quart, so to be exact they hold probably about 3/8 a bottle. They burn for 3-4 hours. The less fuel it holds the less amount of time it will burn. I’m sure it also depends on the width of the burner opening because it burns fuel off the top, so the smaller the opening, the slower it burns as well. I hope that helps.
Question:	Do you have any problem with there being no base to catch the stray ashes from the tools
Answer:	It depends on how often you use your fireplace. One entire bottle has to be used for three burners to last appx, 2 hrs.
