Answer:	For information on sealing it - use the search terms 'samsung ice maker service bulletin' in google and read the PDF. It details all the bits and pieces. What 'sealing' refers to is removing the ice maker and auger motor and sealing all the edges of the ice compartment with silicone RTV. The other bit of note in the PDF is to check that you have the drip clips... basically metal clips that attach to the freeze loop right at the back so when the defroster comes on the water from the loop drops into the drain instead of into opening for the defroster and freezing and eventually blocking it with ice. The kit for that was $9 here on amazon.

Answer:	The tubes should be on the bottom rear of the fridge. You may have to take the panel off to get access to them. They just pop on and off as they use friction to stay in place. Mine didn't appear to be clogged but I replaced them anyway.

Answer:	I think the service bulletin (reference number is in some of the other comments, or just Google it). That tells you the models affected. This is a common problem and the kit most likely addresses most models given the common internal construction and design. If you are handy with sheet metal, most of the work to fix this problem is done by that little piece that looks like a "T". It brings heat from the defrost coil down into the top of the drain tube where the ice builds up. Water in the freezer? Sounds like you should address the frig section first and see if that resolves the freezer issue.
