Answer:	The center piece comes out of the middle and it twists open. The hole where the treats come out is kind of big so the treats come out very easy. My 8 month old lab separated all the parts and chewed it up after the first hour I gave it to her.

HEPA filter remove 99.97% of particles above 0.3 micrometers, and PM2.5 are right around 2.5 micrometers, so this would be extremely effective at doing so. This is true of all HEPA filters though, nothing special here.

Answer:	You need go on their company web site. But I was checking yesterday and they out of filters.

Answer:	I found 1 other replacement filter on Amazon but they are out of stock also. I emailed Pure Enrichment and they said the replacement filters "should" be back in stock at the beginning of May 2020.

Detach the Cap

Rotate the bottom cap counter-clockwise to open and detach the bottom cap.

Remove the Filter

Take out the used filter and insert a new filter into the air purifier the same manner it was before.

Place the Cap and Twist

Cover the cap and rotate it clockwise until you can hear a click, which means the cap is closed.

Press the Reset Button

Use a thin object, like a toothpick, to press and reset the “filter changing indicator” for three seconds.
