Answer:	Yes - If the 16ft standard line sets aren't long enough for where you plan to install your inside units, Senville will replace them with whatever length you need for an additional cost. 16ft was enough for one of my inside units, but I needed 35ft for the second one & 50ft for the third one. They only send 14/4 communication wire with the 16ft line sets so I bought 100ft from a big box home improvement store that sells DIY mini-splits. Worked perfectly. Just make sure the total length of your lines sets doesn't exceed the maximum length for the unit & that the vertical "drop" from the highest inside unit to the location on the ground where the outside unit will be sitting doesn't exceed the maximum either. In the U.S., outside units are charged with enough R410A Freon for a 25ft line set for each inside unit. The total length of my 3 line sets was 101ft (16+35+50) & my outside unit was charged for 75ft (25x3), so I needed to add R410A for an additional 26ft (101-75) - which was approximately 1/2lb. The amount of additional R410A you need to add for each additional foot can be found in the installation manual for the outside unit you buy. You can buy small cans of R410A made for "topping off" new systems when situations like this arise on eBay.

In the fans defense, I use mine almost 24 hours a day, seriously. I'm disabled and spend lots of time in the bedroom. I've put this thing through its paces, for sure.DRAWBACKS: Cleaning. There's No way to open it up, getting to the blades, to clean them. If there was, I'm sure this mighty little fan would still be humming along. To Semi-Clean it, buy yourself a can of Compressed Air and blast it once in a while. But, take it outside first, as dirt and dust "Will Fly".Today, I'm buying another one, same style. It's quiet, when newer and no bearing wear. It's powerful enough to blow across my head, (my hot spot), chest and down to my waist. I'm 6' 2" tall. So, it blows a good stream of air, (On HIGH Speed), about 4 to 5 feet away. After that it diminishes pretty fast. Of course, the cleaner the blades, the farther it pushes air. But, that's this fans only negative. . . NO CLEANING ABILITY. I'm going to take my old one into the garage as soon as my new one arrives and see how I can dismantle it, carefully, so I can put this baby back in operation? Hey VORNADO, are you listening? Answer:	It can definitely be removed from the stand. I've done it. You just need to unscrew the small thumb screw that attaches the swivel mount to the stand. It's on there really tight, so you may need to use pliers.

Answer:	The Vornado products offered in the U.S. are designed for a 120 volt / 60 hertz power system. If you use them with a voltage converter to change your 240 volts to 120, the converter will not convert your 50 hertz to 60 and the motor will run slower and hotter than it should.
