Answer:	I know what you are going through with the inconsistent info. I went through a Hassle of 2 hours trying to figure it out myself with two different Amazon rep yesterday. The summary is that they are trying to correct it now, as of 6/7/18, but meantime you can select a different seller who offers truly a free shipping. I just bought one for $2.70 with free shipping. But even with the seller I bought from was a little tricky. There was approximately $28.00 shipping fee when I tried to purchase two of them, so I had to settle for just one which was truly a free shipping. I suppose we all must be very careful when checking out a payment transaction even with Amazon.

Answer:	This fan does not snap out nor does it stay extended well. Mine does not close smoothly either two of the ribs have to be individually closed. No sound can be associated to the opening of the fan. Still, it is pretty, functions well for moving the air around, and is sturdy.

Answer:	It is a very lightweight fabric, but I am not sure if it is silk. Definitely not paper. I purchased a sandalwood hand fan from another vendor, and it really isn't as nice as this one. It comes with a nice cover to keep it covered and protected from anything sharp that may be in a lady's purse. The picture really doesn't do it justice. It really is quite pretty. I am very pleased with it.

Buy something better quality or get a cheap spray bottle from Walmart or Target without the fan. Good luck..

Answer:	I have used a misting fan for years. I keep a little container of CLR cleaner that I soak the misting heads in for 5-10 minutes before using. It cleans the calcium deposits off nicely. I also use a calcium filter but you have to be careful with them because the filter will start to disintegrate over time and the particles will clog the misters.

I bought a number of them to cool HS band kids in a parade, most did not make it through the 1 mile route. Buy something better quality or get a cheap spray bottle from Walmart or Target without the fan. Good luck..

Answer:	I'm not sure. The mist seems to come out cool, so it could possibly be good. Also, you don't have to attach the misting assembly.

Answer:	Shouldn’t need to replace. The are brass, might need to soak to remove calcium from hard water. If need to replace just buy mist kit with nozzles.

Answer:	It comes with the gfci plug, but it’s easy to disassemble and change over to a standard plug. Be sure if you do to have it in line with a gfi outlet.
Question:	I've been searching all over the fan, and, yes, the enclosed directions, but where do i connect - on the fan - with the supplied usb cable
Answer:	I haven't measured it, but I would guess that the water line is about 8 feet long. I'm going to have to add a 10-foot hose to get the water to the fan. Also, the power cord is about 6 feet long, and I'll have to add an extension to get power to the fan. Overall, I'm very please with this fan. I live just north of San Antonio and I have this fan on my back deck. On low, the fan provides adequate cooling, even in 95-degree temperatures. When I had the water turned on, even on the low setting, the fan brought the temperatures to a very cool temperature.
