Answer:	it moves quite a lot of air. if you put it at the bottom of a staircase and have a door open, i could see it doing that. the problem is then the draw, where is the air coming down into the basement from that will replace the air you are moving up? if it's from the same staircase then I could just see a loop.

Answer:	I have run the printer with one of the color tanks empty without a problem. I was printing two nights ago with the blue tank empty while I waited for my ink shipment to arrive. The printer will give you a message that tells you an ink cartridge may be empty and the screen will show an X over the image of the tank that is empty. I have not had an instance yet where this printer will refuse to print with an empty tank. I suggest using the XL tanks. The black have lasted a lot longer. I am now switching to the color XL tanks.

Answer:	We have new tenants moved in next door who are smokers. The smell of cigarettes permeate thru the walls of our bedroom. Since we have been sheltering at home, we have to live with that horrible smell on a daily basis. This Air Purifier comes to rescue. Answer:	Yes, you can. There are two hot wires going to the fan - black and blue. And one common wire - white. Wire the black and white to the fan switch. Wire the blue and white to the light switch. So you'll need a 12-3 cable (2 hots, one common, one bare copper ground). Disclaimer: I'm not an electrician, but I do all my own electrical, took home wiring as an elective in high school, and recently smoked a receptacle because I miswired it.
