Answer:	I know what you are going through with the inconsistent info. I went through a Hassle of 2 hours trying to figure it out myself with two different Amazon rep yesterday. I bought a number of them to cool HS band kids in a parade, most did not make it through the 1 mile route. Buy something better quality or get a cheap spray bottle from Walmart or Target without the fan. Good luck..

Answer:	No. I ordered 4 of these and received them last week. All 4 had the same issue: The battery compartment is too big so the battery falls out of place and it won't turn on.

Answer:	Thank you for your question! There is a rubber insert/piece that can be twisted to the side to open the fan's water supply tank. Twist that, fill with water and then re-twist back into place.
