Answer:	It's like doing a heatsink on a motherboard/ video card/ add-on card from a computer board. When you remove the screws to pull the motherboard from the housing, you will notice two plastic push pins with two compression plastic points on the back side of the motherboard. Simply depress the push pin so that you can depress the two plastic points. Sometimes the plastic is brittle and will brake. Since the new heatsink has the push pins, it's not an issue. After that you will want to salvage the thermal pad for reuse or order some thermal pads to use.

Question:	If I set my worries down in front of this fan will it blow them all away
Answer:	Yes - If the 16ft standard line sets aren't long enough for where you plan to install your inside units, Senville will replace them with whatever length you need for an additional cost. 16ft was enough for one of my inside units, but I needed 35ft for the second one & 50ft for the third one. They only send 14/4 communication wire with the 16ft line sets so I bought 100ft from a big box home improvement store that sells DIY mini-splits. Worked perfectly. Just make sure the total length of your lines sets doesn't exceed the maximum length for the unit & that the vertical "drop" from the highest inside unit to the location on the ground where the outside unit will be sitting doesn't exceed the maximum either. In the U.S., outside units are charged with enough R410A Freon for a 25ft line set for each inside unit. The total length of my 3 line sets was 101ft (16+35+50) & my outside unit was charged for 75ft (25x3), so I needed to add R410A for an additional 26ft (101-75) - which was approximately 1/2lb. The amount of additional R410A you need to add for each additional foot can be found in the installation manual for the outside unit you buy. You can buy small cans of R410A made for "topping off" new systems when situations like this arise on eBay.

Answer:	It is quite. I wouldn't be able to sleep with a loud fan. I used it in a cruise cabin with no problem.
Question:	Will this drain a car battery if I let it run while car parked during hot days
Answer:	The 10 inch w/ Duracells will run on Low a couple of weeks w/ 2-3 hrs daily use. For all night use on Low, 3-4 days with good batteries. High will run the batteries flat over a weekend. I recommend rechargeable batteries.
Question:	Need a small portable fan that I can use for sleep while traveling (white noise) comparable to the noise made by a box fan. Is it loud

Question:	Would this fan be too weak for smokers smell and people who don't take baths? I work for public and need a small fan that is battery operated
Answer:	Open the fan. On the flat part the holds the fan upright there are 2 plastic screw like things. This piece is shaped like a U. Turn each with a screw driver to remove. Then pop off the top cover. The batteries are inserted inside. Replace the cover and plastic screw like pieces and tighten them.
