Answer:	No, the fan cannot be taken apart to clean. We recommend periodic cleaning of this fan by lightly running your vacuum cleaner nozzle over the fan vents to remove any accumulated dust or dirt. Thank you.
Question:	Can the fan be tilted down? I need to put it on a high shelf
Answer:	You can but just be aware that as you tilt more down, you will loose effectiveness of the fan as part of the airflow will be going behind the fan and be blocked by the shelf.

Answer:	Depending on the setting - pretty far for a desk fan. I would say 10-12 feet. That said, even if you don't "feel" it on you, you can feel the effects of the air circulating.
