Answer:	Mine did. Though this fan is larger than the standard off the shelf box fan. You should look into their stand if you haven't done so. Also, the blades are different (skinnier) than the picture.

Answer:	The fan has a 20" blade the metal box it sits in is 21" square. Sitting on the floor and measuring to top of the handle is 23". This is the best of the many box fans I have owned. It moves a lot of air and I have run it for hours a day for over five years and it still works well.

Ozone essentially reverts back to oxygen. Therefore, it's no need to place it outside the car to get more oxygen. We put it inside, close doors and windows, operate for 15-30 minutes per time, and once or twice a week. Yes, we run the ventilation system in the car while it's running. It can also disinfect the air conditioning system. Last but not least, remember to open doors and windows to make sure the remaining ozone is consumed thoroughly before you get back in the car.
