Answer:	Power connection my not be good. The unit does have a lithium battery inside to preserve it's settings. If that went flat during storage it could pose an issue with the unit. If perhaps it was plugged in and worked previously, it is possible a surge may have damaged it. Always plug these units into an APC surge protector. Beware not to use the power strips from dollar stores. They do not protect anything at all. APC will back up their product if ever found defective. And also help replace the product the surge got through to. I have yet to see an APC unit let a surge get passed it. Also, try and pull the power off for about 5 to 10 minutes. Sometimes modern electronics get a little stuck in a certain position. Powering off from all power usually resets the product and power will flow again when reconnected. Just a thought.

HEPA filter remove 99.97% of particles above 0.3 micrometers, and PM2.5 are right around 2.5 micrometers, so this would be extremely effective at doing so. This is true of all HEPA filters though, nothing special here.
Question:	I just received mine today and the moment I turned it on, the power indicator is still flashing red. Why is that
Answer:	It comes with 1 HEPA filter (1 year est.) and 1 carbon filter (6 month est.) Based on the reviews though, the filter tend to lasts longer than the estimate.

Answer:	You can use on dry skin directly or also with a gauze in between. However, it is much easier to use with a moisturized face so the wand can glide across the skin easier. Make sure to never use simultaneously with Hyaluronic Acid and do research any other ingredients to avoid with a high frequency wand.

Answer:	I have not been able to find a site to register warranty and there is nothing on or in the box with information

Answer:	You should only concentrate on a specific spot for 10 seconds at most. You can go over a spot a few times if you wish, but anymore than this won't make a difference in treatment.

Answer:	No, it is 110V only. Would require a power convertor.

Answer:	I am unsure where it was made and whether it is UL listed as the box I have beats no markings. However, I have had this item for a while now and I use it occasionally. I have never had any problems with it.

It has different levels of intensity that you can choose. There is also the tool that can be used for spot treatment. With this one I would describe it more as a little shock.

Answer:	I have the Bissell Air400 and can only speak for this unit and I’ve been very happy with it so far. I have it on 247 and it works like a charm. I would definitely recommend purchasing it especially if you have pets or allergies it really helps.
