Answer:	not ALL PIECES ARE INCLUDED. I THINK it is teh valve stem that is missing, I really do not remember - only that we could not find a replacement one.

Answer:	No, the Advantage series does not come with precharged lines, so they will need to be vacuumed by a licensed HVAC tech for the warranty to be valid.
Question:	Can the interior unit be connected to existing ductwork
Answer:	The Advantage units come with a precharged condenser with enough refrigerant for the included 16 ft of line, but they are not do it yourself, like the DIY series.

Answer:	This comes with a mounting bracket for the indoor unit. A bracket for the outdoor unit can be purchased separately.

Answer:	I replaced a 7-8 year year old chrome Peerless Claymore single handle shower faucet with a new oil rubbed bronze one. The new faucet fit right on the existing plumbing. Very easy exchange.

Question:	it says it comes with a 16ft 1/4& 3/8s line set i need to add to that what do i need t6o order
Answer:	Mine only came with a 15’ 1/4” copper line set and a 16guage wiring kit...but the unit requires 14 gauge wire so you’ll need that and whatever length of line set you need. Mine works great but I had the lines professionally installed.
Question:	Can this control humidity independently from temperature
Answer:	Not in the sense that you have a relative humidity set point, but it does have a drying mode. Also, while in cooling mode, it will run at the lowest capacity possible for any given temperature setpoint to allow for long runtime in order to keep humidity under control.

Question:	does it come with the outside cover guard for the lines
Answer:	Mine only came with a 15’ 1/4” copper line set and a 16guage wiring kit...but the unit requires 14 gauge wire so you’ll need that and whatever length of line set you need. Mine works great but I had the lines professionally installed.
Question:	I have a 400 sqft open area bachelor unit, ground floor with utility kitchen. is 18kbtu too big or too small. in ne fl where humidity is high
Answer:	Not in the sense that you have a relative humidity set point, but it does have a drying mode. Also, while in cooling mode, it will run at the lowest capacity possible for any given temperature setpoint to allow for long runtime in order to keep humidity under control.
Question:	We have 450 sq ft living room with 12 ft ceiling. the living room open to kitchen and dining room (another 400 sq ft), should we get 12k or 18k
Answer:	Absolutely
Question:	The 7yr compressor 5yr parts warranty also covers the service call and labor in that time period

Answer:	I'm not quite sure but there are 10 different types in this box, I've had it for almost 1 to 2 years and I still have a lot left I did help someone older Honda Fender fell off and I used it on that the reason I bought it I went to the dealer to see if they had those plugs they did but they were going to charge me $5.00 just for one I have a Chrysler Town and Country Dodge Caravan and I've used it on both of them I know most vehicles wheel wells have these plugs and all so under the fender sorry if I couldn't quite answer your question and good luck with your decision

Answer:	Yes, it is very easy. All you have to do is push the sunglasses between the foam pads and they pull out very easy.
Question:	how many volt for electric
Answer:	These are NOT good for ANY car....too light of a grip. I doubt they would hold a postage stamp. Do not buy these as there is NO RETURN if they don’t work. Hope this helps.
