Question:	can't the line kit be extended or 16 foot max
Answer:	I haven't tried and don't see how you can. The fan can be charged to another source, or plugged in and also use batteries to be powered.
Question:	It says it "comes with precharged for line set lengths between 10'~25'" how do you order different lenghts when ordering through amazon
Answer:	When new quite a while ,,,,, 8-10 hours, depending on speed setting. Batteries rapidly wore down ,,, and didn't last mor than a few minutes.
Question:	Are there any parts that we would need to purchase that doesn't come with the system
Answer:	This one uses 4 regular AA batteries. There is no internal battery to recharge. And there isnt a USB port on any of the three that I have. But Im guessing that u could sure rechargeable AA batteries in this fan. Btw, this fan was great in the beginning but, for some reason, all three of mines are now apparently touch sensitive & therefore now tend to unpredictably shut off. Even the last one behaved the sme right out of the box. I havent figured out why, so I wouldnt recommend this particular fan model.
Question:	How hard is installation
Answer:	Its decently quiet & has good airflow. Thats why I ended up with 3. But for some odd reason that I havent figured out yet, all three will **now** **arbitrarily** shut off with even a slight touch/shock. The first one worked fine then it started doing this, so figuring that I must have done something to cause it, I bought another of the same model. It was a shorter time period before the 2nd one started doing it also. Still thinking it was something that I may have inadvertently done, I bought a third of this model. But the 3rd one started soing the same as the other 2 immediate out of the box. Idk what the deal is, especially since the last one started doing this straight out of the box, so I know that its not from age/wear & tear, etc. I havent been able to link it to battery power, battery brand, battery leakage, overheating, temperature, etc. I didn't have this issue with a previous Opolar fan. Other than this weird phenomenon that, theoretically, could somehow be coming from my end, I have liked this model very much bc of the good airflow that only requires the more economical AA batteries > hence buyng three. But I wont buy this model again, for the above stated reasons. I felt that I should include that bit of info just in case the cause is, in fact, a glitch within the fan itself & not something user operation/external factors related.

Answer:	One set is needed for each indoor unit.

Answer:	The dimensions of the line cover kit were fine for my 3/4 ton units. For the unit in my shop, I ran the cover both inside and outside. I had to fabricate an escutcheon plate for the interior wall penetration. The inside run is adequate in appearance for the location, remembering that this is an inexpensive product. In a more refined setting, I'd recommend either fabricating a soffit or using one of the available commercial electrical gutters. If the tubing for your larger unit is too tight, you could relocate the condensate line outside the gutter.
Question:	Can you install this kit on an preinstalled line set
Answer:	Yes, but you'll probably need to push the line-set aside a bit to attach the covers to the wall. The screw-holes are on the center-line of the cover.
Question:	We have an existing mini split already installed. Is this 3 sided or do I need to disconnect the lines to put it on
Answer:	2 sided.. You do not need to disconnect the lines. Only the flex piece is solid 1 piece.

Answer:	The outside unit is standard to others of equal tone age, the inside unit is a bit on the larger than normal size. I have had several different units in the past and this one is the quietest yet. The only problem with this unit is it will most likely be delivered damaged. (Cosmetic) The freight company is tough with these units in shipping.

Answer:	You make your own supply plenum box using fiberglass duct board and attach duct collars based on CFM air flow for each room and run the round ducts accordingly. Simply consider you have 400 CFM air flow per 12000 BTU capacity available and distribute that as needed for each of the spaces. Approximately 0.8 to 1 CFM per square foot. The diameter of the ducts you use will determine the amount of the air flow it can transport.

Answer:	Indoor unit is an indoor unit. It must be installed inside. It can be installed in the attic, or inside a soffit or in a crawlspace, or in the ceiling cavity.This is a concealed ducted system just like your central AC.

Answer:	All oour systems bring sufficient refrigerant for up to 25' line set lengths. The refrigerant is factory charged into the outdoor unit. Answer:	You will need a minimum 24000 BTU unit. That will give you 800 CFM. A 6" duct delivers 125 CFM, 8" duct delivers 240 CFM. Distribute tot total based on square footage of each zone. You can also use dampers to restrict the flow for a zone.

Answer:	It covers the entire unit. The bottom is open, but all the other sides are covered. I used a bungee cord to secure it better.

Answer:	It works. Nothing is ever tear resistant . You put something out in the sun over time the sun degrades the material. But for the price and what it does works for me .

Question:	Can I only buy compressor again?. I bought this set 4 years go buy the compressor stop work
Answer:	The specifications list a 7 year compressor warranty, you should contact the warrantor/ manufacturer.
Question:	Can the inside wall unit be placed lower on the wall, say 3 ft. from the ground or there a reason it needs to be over 6 ft
Answer:	Mounting higher on the wall actually warms the cooler air and makes overall cooling take longer. Most the the warmest air is closer to your ceiling and roughly 30" below. Most people are 6'6" and below there the cold air coming from you unit maintains the cooler Temps by not having to travel through the warmer air which is naturally pushed up from the cold air.
