Answer:	This should. I did a 12k unit. The bolt holes give flexibility for many different sized units and it should support the weight. It was pretty easy to install and comes with concrete anchors if you need them. I put mine into wood so I just got a few long Stainless wood screws.

Answer:	if you select the 27k-32k one the 3rd tier then it should yes

Answer:	That is not applicable to Brackets. 30 cm is needed only for SLAB mounting. When using brackets you only need 12 cm (5 inches).

Answer:	The dimensions of the line cover kit were fine for my 3/4 ton units. For the unit in my shop, I ran the cover both inside and outside. I had to fabricate an escutcheon plate for the interior wall penetration. The inside run is adequate in appearance for the location, remembering that this is an inexpensive product. In a more refined setting, I'd recommend either fabricating a soffit or using one of the available commercial electrical gutters. If the tubing for your larger unit is too tight, you could relocate the condensate line outside the gutter.
Question:	Can you install this kit on an preinstalled line set
Answer:	Yes, but you'll probably need to push the line-set aside a bit to attach the covers to the wall. The screw-holes are on the center-line of the cover.

I usually put things like small bananas, fruit cups, nutrigrain bars, those kinds of thing in there and everything fit well. Just can’t put anything too tall in it. I could stack 2 fruit cups in there.

Answer:	Yes you are missing some parts, Mine had a bag of the rubber mounting feet and nuts and washers for mounting them to the brackets and mounting the unit to the feet. It also has lag bolts and plastic inserts for mounting the bracket assembly to the wall.

Answer:	It requires a 12 mm bit. Good luck finding one. 7/6" is to small (anchor gets crushed) and 1/2" is too large (anchors don't grip). Get the unit without anchors or buy another brand.

Answer:	That is not true. Look at the 3 slots on the cross bar. Gives great latitude in distance between mount screws. Works fine on 16 or 24 inch centers.

Answer:	TLDR: NO The outside unit has to have a set of ports (input and output) for EACH of the indoor units. Therefor, the outside unit has to be built for the number of indoor units you wish to connect.

Answer:	I have the 12000 BTU unit and it has those features. I would assume the 9000 unit has the same features.

Answer:	I have read the booklet that came with the unit and I looked at the unit as well no btu number listed. Sorry. I can tell you the maximum wattage is 1500 watts. I hope in some way that information helps you.
Question:	Can I connect a thermostat to this unit instead of the remote
Answer:	I use 2 in a space about the size of a single car garage, my group of old ladies play cards, have meals. Temps in the 35-45 range. If you were working you would only need 1. Good luck.
