Answer:	No,the outdoor unit is precharged. After the line sets are attached on both ends,a vacuum must be pulled on the entire system to purge all oxygen,then the refrigerant can be opened up.

Answer:	The less tubing used the better. I was always told that if you increased the distances between the indoor unit and outdoor unit the 'harder' the compressor needed to work. My crews installed 100's of these units (many different brands) and the guys said if you spaced the units more than 25' apart it was better to increase the tubing size. But this was years ago before the inverter models of today. But I do know that if you put 50psi of water supply through 100' of ¼"I.D. tubing, for example, at the end that psi would be reduced to about 10psi. I learned that the hard way in my youth. I will also add that if you are going to buy a split-pack system you'd be hard pressed to find better than Daikin. They invented this type of system more that 100 years ago. They used to give the best warrantee in the business. I am going to purchase one of these as soon as my old window rattler conks out. To tell the truth I would rather have a few of these installed in my home instead of my central a/c unit which now the attic ductwork needs to be reinsulated.

Question:	How do you heat and cool a bathroom with one of these units? My house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen\dining room and living room
Answer:	Yes the unit can do this. You would connect it to a your PC setup the unit and then once setup it will run schedule without being connected to a network.
Question:	Do you supply the additional items needed but not included

Answer:	Yes. There are 500 schedule lines per day. Each line has the hours, minutes, seconds, bell#, day of week. You can have up to eight remote devices working off one master.

Can I install this myself?

While installation of a ductless split is much easier than a central air system, it's still much more advanced than installing a window unit or portable. Furthermore, the manufacturer will only provide future assistance if a licensed HVAC contractor does the installation. So while it is possible to do the installation yourself, we strongly recommend you hire an HVAC professional in your area.

This multi zone system cannot heat and cool separate rooms at the same time.
