Question:	can't the line kit be extended or 16 foot max
Answer:	I haven't tried and don't see how you can. The fan can be charged to another source, or plugged in and also use batteries to be powered.
Question:	It says it "comes with precharged for line set lengths between 10'~25'" how do you order different lenghts when ordering through amazon
Answer:	When new quite a while ,,,,, 8-10 hours, depending on speed setting. Batteries rapidly wore down ,,, and didn't last mor than a few minutes.
Question:	Are there any parts that we would need to purchase that doesn't come with the system
Answer:	This one uses 4 regular AA batteries. There is no internal battery to recharge. And there isnt a USB port on any of the three that I have. But Im guessing that u could sure rechargeable AA batteries in this fan. Btw, this fan was great in the beginning but, for some reason, all three of mines are now apparently touch sensitive & therefore now tend to unpredictably shut off. Even the last one behaved the sme right out of the box. I havent figured out why, so I wouldnt recommend this particular fan model.
Question:	How hard is installation
Answer:	Its decently quiet & has good airflow. Thats why I ended up with 3. But for some odd reason that I havent figured out yet, all three will **now** **arbitrarily** shut off with even a slight touch/shock. The first one worked fine then it started doing this, so figuring that I must have done something to cause it, I bought another of the same model. It was a shorter time period before the 2nd one started doing it also. Still thinking it was something that I may have inadvertently done, I bought a third of this model. But the 3rd one started soing the same as the other 2 immediate out of the box. Idk what the deal is, especially since the last one started doing this straight out of the box, so I know that its not from age/wear & tear, etc. I havent been able to link it to battery power, battery brand, battery leakage, overheating, temperature, etc. I didn't have this issue with a previous Opolar fan. Other than this weird phenomenon that, theoretically, could somehow be coming from my end, I have liked this model very much bc of the good airflow that only requires the more economical AA batteries > hence buyng three. But I wont buy this model again, for the above stated reasons. I felt that I should include that bit of info just in case the cause is, in fact, a glitch within the fan itself & not something user operation/external factors related.

Answer:	I use 2 in a space about the size of a single car garage, my group of old ladies play cards, have meals. Temps in the 35-45 range. If you were working you would only need 1. Good luck.

Answer:	No, it comes precharged

Answer:	Yes, you can connect a Senville wired thermostat to the system. Third party thermostats will not work, unless compatibility is specified.
Question:	Does remote have follow me feature and wall holding bracket
Answer:	The units require electrical wiring between the units, and a power supply ran to the outdoor unit. Preferably a dedicated circuit ran from your breaker panel. Then the refrigerant lines are pre-flared and come in 50 foot lengths. Any less than 50 feet the copper lines can be cut & reflared with proper tools. Or you can just leave the excess line spoiled up out of sight. Any farther than 50 feet and additional fittings will be required and additional refrigerant will need to be added to the system for it to perform properly. The drain line is about 10' long and may require additional piping to get the water out of your home. The copper refrigerant lines will need to be leak checked with high pressure nitrogen. Leak checking is the most important step. To ensure the unit will not loose it's charge additional tightening or reflaring may be required. Do not ever use pressurized air or CO2 to pressure test! After pressure testing a vacuum pump a set of manifold gauges and a 5/16" adapter will be needed to evaluate the system. A micron gauge is another precious tool to ensure a deep vacuum is attained and will be another way to ensure the lines are leak free. After a recommended 500 micron vacuum is acheaved the lines should be isolated from the pump. If the micron gauge stabilizes at 500 microns or less the refrigerant valves can be opened with a 3/16" allen wrench. The gauges can then be removed & the unit will be ready for use.

Answer:	Lone set is wider that you maybe closer to 4in if it’s multiple units on the side of the condenser it may be 4-6in

Question:	What size core drill is needed for this unit? Is the 65mm 2.5 inch ok to use
Answer:	12,000 BTU head has 1/4-1/2 line size. Using different line can cause system malfunction due to improper flow of refrigerant

Answer:	The wire size will be based on the amp draw.

Question:	why do I get P6 error code
Answer:	No the condensing unit is 1.5 tons, the air movers for this unit are 3/4 ton each. If you want a 2 ton you will need a 24000btu unit. Each ton is 12000 btu’s and each 1/2 tons are 6000 btu’s. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The clip opens to a max of 2 and 1/4 inches. The one I have is clamped firmly to a 1 inch headboard.

Answer:	Did you read the description: Product Description. It clear states that it oscillates. So does it? The 6 inch clip on fan has impact resistant plastic grills with chemical resistant polypropylene blade, 2-speed and 1/300 HP motor. The 12 in, 16 in and 18 in fans oscillate 90 degree or can be locked in non-oscillating position. They also have powder coated steel front grill with impact resistant plastic rear grill and chemical resistant polypropylene blade. 12 in fan has 3-speeds and a 1/50 HP motor. 16 in fan has 3-speeds and a 1/20 HP motor. 18 in fan has 3-speeds and a 1/20 HP motor.
Question:	How does the fan work
Answer:	Very adjustable. Swivels (not automatic) 360 degrees, tilts 90 degrees. What you see clearly in the picture is the swivel adjustment, with the small detents, just above the clip. At the top of this column, is the tilt adjustment with thumb screw. In the picture, it would be just below the lower motor air intake. I have it clipped horizontally to a shelf, blowing straight down on an external hdd, which is the equivalent of clipping to a vertical wall and having it blow straight out. In essence, adjustments will cover anywhere in 1/2 a sphere.

Question:	does it come with the outside cover guard for the lines
Answer:	Mine only came with a 15’ 1/4” copper line set and a 16guage wiring kit...but the unit requires 14 gauge wire so you’ll need that and whatever length of line set you need. Mine works great but I had the lines professionally installed.
Question:	I have a 400 sqft open area bachelor unit, ground floor with utility kitchen. is 18kbtu too big or too small. in ne fl where humidity is high
Answer:	Not in the sense that you have a relative humidity set point, but it does have a drying mode. Also, while in cooling mode, it will run at the lowest capacity possible for any given temperature setpoint to allow for long runtime in order to keep humidity under control.
Question:	We have 450 sq ft living room with 12 ft ceiling. the living room open to kitchen and dining room (another 400 sq ft), should we get 12k or 18k
Answer:	Absolutely
Question:	The 7yr compressor 5yr parts warranty also covers the service call and labor in that time period
